  • What is kombucha?
    Kombucha is a probiotic beverage made from water, tea (camellia sinensis), and sugar that is then fermeneted with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. Authentic kombucha is never pasteruized, diluted, or made from concentrate. It is alive!
  • What are the benefits of drinking kombucha?
    Our kombucha is high in probiotics which are great for your gut and it is packed full of b-vitamins which help with energy support. It also has healthy acids (acetic acid and gluconic acid) and minimal sugar which make it a great alternative to the common soda, energy drinks, and juices that are saturated with sugar.
  • Is there a lot of sugar in kombucha?
    That depends on how much sugar was intitally added for fermentation, how long the fermentation was, and if there are added sugar from juice. In our kombucha, there is 12 to 14 grams of sugar per 11 oz bottle.
  • How much should I drink?
    If you are new to drinking kombucha we recommend drinking a few ounces to begin and gradually increasing the intake the more you feel comfortable with it. Listen to your body and drink as much as you feel necessary.
